This notice explains how Jeweal (“Jeweal”, “we”) collects and uses the personal data you provide through this enquiry form.
1. Data we collect
Your name, email, phone number, country, business type, the product areas you're interested in, and anything you type in the description. We also record the date, time and source of your submission.
2. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demonstration and onboarding, and — only if you tick the optional box — to send you related updates.
3. Legal basis
We rely on the consent you give on this form and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.
4. Who we share it with
Jeweal staff who handle sales and onboarding, and service providers who host our systems and CRM on our behalf under confidentiality terms. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfer
Your data is processed in Thailand and may be accessed by our teams or providers in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Thailand's PDPA) you may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent at any time.
